Building on the success of our two 2009 seminars we are pleased to announce our 2010 Mining Deal Exchange: Mining Financing Opportunities through the TSX Venture CPC Program seminar series, being organized under our international division - On the Ground Group. We will again be partnering with the TMX Group (Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange in this program) and will be holding our first two seminars of 2010 in Toronto on April 27 and in Vancouver on Tuesday June 8.

Presenters can have projects in any international mining jurisdiction. Our last seminar in Vancouver featured projects in Columbia, Peru, Canada, Mexico, Africa and the United States.

Presenters can be:

a private company with a qualifying mining asset seeking a going public transaction via a CPC (Capital Pool Company)

a private company looking for financing

a public company seeking an asset spinoff via a CPC
