Bruce Shapiro

In 1991 Bruce Shapiro established A.P.O.C. Inc., a Canadian based business development company specializing in promoting trade and investment between Canada and South, and Southern, Africa. In addition to is business development activities, A.P.O.C. Inc. is under contract to provide Executive Director and Management services to the Canada-South Africa Chamber of Business, of which Bruce is the President. A.P.O.C. Inc. is also the organizer of the premier African mining investment forum in Canada - MineAfrica's "Investing in African Mining Seminar" - held during the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) trade show in Toronto each March and now in London, U.K. in late November. Bruce has taught International Trade and Finance at Universities in Canada and South Africa. He is active in African affairs in Canada and is also a Board Member for the Kenya-Canada Chamber of Commerce, a frequent speaker at international conferences, and has an extensive network of contacts worldwide. On September 27, 2008 Bruce received the South African Freedom Day Entrepreneurial Award in Toronto.

Wayne Floreani

Wayne Floreani developed 20 years of international trade and investment promotion experience and expertise, with a particular focus on mining, with the South African Department of Trade and Industry in Toronto and the Sudbury Regional Development Corporation. He has organized numerous delegations at international trade shows, trade missions and conferences including; the annual South African pavillion at PDAC, MinExpo in Las Vegas, Electra Mining, and the Canadian Institute of Mining, as well as high profile ministerial and trade delegations to Canada. He is a current Board Member (and past Chairman) of the Canada-South Africa Chamber of Business and Past President of the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association of Canada.
